Microblogging and Its Benefits

Microblogging and Its Benefits

Micro-blogging is a phrase defined as “a form of blogging that allows users to write brief text updates and publish them, either to be viewed by anyone or by a restricted group which can be chosen by the user”.

Many of the most widely used this technique to not just attract customers but also to lure them into what we now call “dependency”. Almost all ICTzens have witnessed extraordinary expansion with micro-blogging forces most notably Twitter adding together, plentiful social networks – including Facebook, Bebo, Plurk and others.

Micro-blogging is not just a temporary thing. It is an inception of more permanent highway in the internet. The evolution of blogging has spawned this new mini adaptation of blogging and its going to be a hill ride for everyone. The straightforwardness and capability to post regularly are what draw most to the concept.

Microblogging is not just a numbers game, in which the more followers you have, the more powerful you are, and so they build up as large a number of followers as possible. But it is more complex than you can think of.

Penny Sansevieri, CEO of Author Marketing Experts says: “If you have 25 super powerful followers willing to review your product and they each have a lot of followers and blog readers, then you are going to do a lot better than with 5,000 more random followers,”

How do you get these commanding followers? The first step is to go after them. Some will follow you back if your tweets enclose precious or motivating information. Another good scheme is to connect by reading and commenting on their blogs. In this way you tend to build up more strengthened connections and reliable associations.

Another important consideration is you should think that if you want people to actually read your posts, you should time them for when you have the largest live audience.
